Notable achievements in my current role include:
🌟 Leading the successful launch of Experian’s first always-on influencer programme – helping to increase social media followers by 500% within 18 months.
🚀 Heading up the content design team responsible for the end-to-end user journey for Experian’s biggest feature launch in the last five years.
📝 Responsible for forming and mentoring the current content team of four copywriters, working across CRM, paid social, eCommerce and SEO.
